Resumen

Business quality management faces new challenges and tools in order to develop the necessary processes to remain competitive in the 21st century market. The objective of this work is to reflect on business quality management in Industry 4.0 through a deductive theoretical documentary and / or bibliographic review. The results indicate that quality 4.0 represents the application of various strategies that allow effective decision-making. Organizations must have automated error prevention and diagnosis models. Among the benefits of new technologies, they will be able to minimize the waste of resources, optimize the maintenance and security of their infrastructures, manage the analysis of data in real time for the adequate attention of the client’s needs. It is concluded that a 4.0 quality management will be possible in 4.0 industries that have highly qualified personnel and state-of-the-art technology.
